[Fedora-trans-ar] Where is that "OK"?

Yes, and this is exctly my question ;) I don't know of any scientific way but
for this specific case I can say since this message appear on the booting
process, it should have something to do with /etc/init.d/functions so I
tended to look to the initscripts file and I've found it. I confirmed this is 
the correct file since I also found FAILED on it and there is no other file 
with OK and FAILED together. Other situations could be much harder to 
resolve. Generally, QA is more interesting but also time consuming than the 
normal translation ;)
