[Fedora-trans-ar] registration problem..

If CVS is an issue, and we cannot get fast enough to update
our accounts when needed, I can have CVS mirror up and running
on arabic-fedora.org .. and I can sync that to Red Hat CVS
once a day or so.

Let me know what do you think.
