[Fedora-trans-ar] Why Fedora installs all the world languages on my poor laptop?!

Can we put more load on Fedora/RedHat packagers ??
To isolate the language files of every package, and put them all in a separate 
language RPM for every language ??
I know, it wouldn't be a single RPM file...but we have to find a way really.
Do you think we should post this upstream ?
