[Fedora-trans-ar] Translation Vs. Transliteration

Helw Awi... You mean Never ever!!!!.. if not then when we can transilitate?!
For example:
I should never say:
خادم سامبا instead "Samba خادم مشاركات الوندوز" or at least say "Samba خادم 
"
Kerbros Realm: Never say..hmm what was the final thing :) "نطاق التوثيقى 
الكربوروسى" 
instead say: "Kerbros نطاق التوثيقى "

I sticked at the same examples..
