[Fedora-trans-ar] system-config-nfs --> Ghoniem

i would say for NFS: "NFS نظام الملفات الشبكية"..
i think NTFS already has a description.. but don't remember!
Don't know about the rest..so i think it's better to leave them as they 
are..
