Yes, dist should be removed. This file used to contain all the summary and 
description of packages. Now Fedora decided to split the summary and 
descriptions in separate files. This has some advantages and disadvantages. 
It makes it easier to cooperate in the translation but makes the translations 
more difficult to keep consistent. I can't say for now whether I prefer this 
or not but let's see whether this would be their last decision...
