Since you checked out the file, the file had undergone some changes:

[munzir at amd64 po]$ msgfmt --statistics ar.po
18 translated messages, 27 fuzzy translations, 25 untranslated messages.
[munzir at amd64 po]$ msgfmt --statistics ar-ghoneim.po
56 translated messages, 7 fuzzy translations.

So I merged them like this:
[munzir at amd64 po]$ msgmerge ar-ghoneim.po ar.po -o ar-new.po
.......................... done.

And now you have:
[munzir at amd64 po]$ msgfmt --statistics ar-new.po
68 translated messages, 23 fuzzy translations, 7 untranslated messages.

I committed the file now with:
