[trans-es] Self-introduction

Hello everybody,

   my name is José Carlos García and I work as a
 technical consultant and developer at Indra, a IT Company in Madrid 
(Spain). I hope to collaborate translating from English to Spanish. I 
also collaborate with 10gen as a translator for MongoDB. My FAS username
 is jcarlosgarcia. I'm a Fedora user since the early days and now I'd 
like to contribute translating to Spanish and spreading the word.
