Je tournerai la phrase de la façon suivante : "Le premier jour ouvrable pour
la traduction depuis le CVS commence à partir de la nuit du 23 octobre EDT,
qui est le 24 octobre en Australie".

Évidament, c'est un traduction grossière, mais c'est pour donner l'idée.
