J'aurai tendance à traduire Flaps par volets, puis j'ai trouvé ça :

Apparemment, l'outil flaps sert à dessiner des « tiroirs » ou des « 
onglets »... Je te laisse te faire ta propre idée.

J'ai fait une recherche Google sur "fedora scamper", je suis tombé sur un 
logiciel, donc à mon avis nom propre, on peut laisser comme c'est.
