I reassigne the bug to as I am the man-pages-fr maintainer (and french team
coordinator by the way.

The problem is simple : the last update of the the french mail man is from
2002, the english one is from 2007. The only thing I can do is to send a mail
to the  man translation coordinator to signal the obsolete translation. If you
have an other idea.
