Now we can look further into the problem. Developers are unlikely to care about
F21 anymore (especially since it has Xfce 4.10, and newer releases have 4.12).

I've found that these translation reside in the "garcon" module, which has them
100% translated to French. Moving the bug to garcon, as it's not a localization
issue, but a software bug.
