Screenshot of 3.14 and of 3.17 version of Simple Scan, running side by side.

Description of problem:
Simple Scan program in Fedora 21 isn't displayed in Serbian if the system
language is set to Serbian.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.14.3

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 21.
2. Go to Activites, input "simple-scan"
3. Run Simple Scan program.

Actual results:
Simple Scan program starts normally and displays it's interface in English.

Expected results:
Simple Scan program starts normally and displays it's interface in Serbian.

Additional info:
When running simple scan via JHBuild, it displays it's interface in Serbian.
The version of Simple Scan compiled via jhbuild is 3.17.1.1.

This is either a packaging mistake or 3.14 simple scan isn't translated (which
I doubt because I think I saw it translated even in Ubuntu 12.04 which used 3.4
or something version of Simple Scan).
