我觉得可能的改进有：

1. 质量保证小组(QA) 两侧有多余的空格。另外，我感觉直接说 QA 挺普遍的，
team 翻译成团队更好。不妨叫 “QA 团队”。
2. 注意译文的第二句和第三句重复出现了“问题”二字，使得文意有些不太清楚。
英文原文是不同的两个词。建议 questions 翻译成“疑问”，issues 翻译成“问题”
3. 发行注记 两侧有多余空格
4. suitability 是 “适用性”吧
5. 一些会遇到的常见问题，“一些”有些多余了。
