麻烦谁帮我解释这几句话：
Modifier needed to advance through the tabs (changes selection)
Modifier needed to move the tabs (if some of them are invisible)
Invert advance direction
Invert move direction
出现在CB环境设置-Notebook 外观下，标签位使用鼠标滚轮滚动
