cannot access cvs

Hello,

I have signed up to become a Fedora translator, but when I try to checkout the translate module from cvs I get "Permission denied"
from the server.
I have followed the steps described at https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-trans-list/2003-December/msg00001.html
to access the cvs, but to no avail.
Anybody experienced such a problem before?
