So those packages are also not included in FC ??

Xconfigurator has been replaced by system-config-display
("redhat-config-xfree" in the status pages). Xconfigurator is not
shipped with FC, so translating it is not useful.
For the record, the list of modules not shown in the status pages is
Xconfigurator, kbdconfig, mouseconfig, redhat-switch-printer, rhn_register,
timeconfig.
