testing trouble system-config-bind

I try the following filenames:
/usr/share/locale/it/LC_MESSAGES/system-config-bind.mo
/usr/share/locale/sq/LC_MESSAGES/bindconf.mo
but both was refused to load by the package...

do I file a bug in bugzilla?
