Translation bugs update

Hello Members,

there is small update for bugzilla information

http://buzilla.redhat.com/ website is updated for few changes,
including:

1. Bugzilla "severity" = "translation" is removed and "Translation" is added to "keyword"

2.  All Fedora Mailing list are added (fedora-trans-<LANG>@ redhat.com)
check details of mailing list at

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N

for file a new bug for Translation, please add following information
so that we can help developers to find and fix bug easily:


*during file a bug for Translation

1. CC:* *fedora-trans-LANG at redhat.com

2. Keyword: Translation*
*

all other values you can keep as default*
*

*
* *Old Translation Bugs*
*if you can update your old filed bug for these 2 (keyword, CC)
changes, that will be very helpful
