Hi,
I'm a long time contributor and have CVS access, but I haven't yet completed
the CLA, and the web system doesn't seem to recognize my "morais" user (CVS
works just fine with my ssh key).

I've just re-registered in the account system, next step will probably be
signing the CLA, even though I signed the paper equivalent a long, long time
ago :-)
