Q: lines in "setroubleshoot"

Hi,

Just noted this new file. In it there are some short lines that start with  
lower case, ex:

browser
cvs
memory
auth
filesystem

Are those some kind of SELinux commands? Should those linex be translated?  
If so, any particualr reason why they are in lower case?
