location for relnotes po files, publication point?

Hi all.

Some Qs about relnotes:

 1. Where should we commit the .po files for the translations of the
release notes? Inside i18n cvs or docs/devel?

 2. Are the relnotes going to be published on the web or just be used in
the system (installer, browser homepage)?

 3. In a system with, say, greek selected as the default language, will
the greek relnotes be shown in the system or the english ones?
