Regarding rhn-client-tools

Hi,

I have few questions regading rhn-client-tools.

First one is pure curiosity: where did it come from? It was not on a list  
before, and there were translated and guzzy lines in it.

Second one is, what about those lines that start with small caps or  
semicolon and have very few words? Are they part of some statement? Could  
se have a full list of those combinations, because if incorectly  
translated, they could sound quite ridiculous :(
