Yes, we need to put an update script to run periodically with `cron`. I'd like
to investigate its optimizations before doing so, because for like 10 minutes
the system is tortured from the consecutive `msgmerge`s. I'm updating it
manually every now and then for now.

BTW, pt_BR is now live n' kicking thanks to Diego. There are still some i18n
bugs in the app, and I'll try to work on them soonish. For now I'm working in
adding support to commit files through the web app.
