Release notes reminder

Hi all,

just a reminder that if you want your translation of the release notes
to get into the official release, your translation must be ready
tomorrow at 23:59 UTC. (as in 90% done)

If you can't make that mark, we'll issue an zero-day update for the
release notes with new and updated translations on the day of release
(and publishing to docs.fp.o).
