im-chooser: branch renamed and available on transifex

Sorry for short notice. the branch name for im-chooser has
been renamed to be comfortable with the standard naming in
subversion. the updated info are available at
http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/im-chooser

BTW im-chooser has been added to transifex now. you can see
more info about it from
https://publictest5.fedora.redhat.com/submit/module/im-chooser
