duplicate language?

Yeah, but when I try to submit a translation, I can't submit a eu
translation; I can only submit eu_ES.

So, my understanding is that eu_ES.po files should dissapear, and I
should be allowed to upload eu.po files. Anyway, there's just a few
eu_ES.po translations, they're just "so-so" and I'll translate much
more in no time.
