Docs modules added in Tx

Hey all,

after an urge from Diego (bug report #430225) all Docs modules were
added in Transifex:

  https://translate.fedoraproject.org/submit/module/

As usual, if any problems (or missing modules) are spotted, the place
to be is bugzilla.redhat.com (Fedora Localization, Website component).
