Authconfig module status for Malayalam (ml_IN) still  shows 1%. Was 
trying to commit the 100% file once again today morning, but now I am 
getting the old error "500 Internal error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from 
fulfilling the request."

Is it again a problem with Transifex. Anyways will wait for some more 
time and then try again later.
