system-config-* online docs

Hi there,

it seems that I've fixed my toolchain sufficiently, so you can fire away
with translating the online docs for my system-config-* modules(*) :-).

The structure is:

$module/doc/$lang/ <- directory for your language
                 /$lang.po <- PO file
/images/ <- directory for localized images

Images are referenced by MD5 hashes of their contents in the PO file.
When an image gets updated, its MD5 hash changes and its message would
get marked fuzzy (or untranslated with a new image). Then you would make
a screenshot of the localized image, put it in "images/" under the same
name as the original and put in a comment like "... image updated on
$date" as the translation.

Due to deficiencies of the underlying Mercurial repository (I've found
no way to create empty directories) and because Transifex doesn't create
directories, I've added an "images/dummy" file for each language. Just
ignore it.

AFAIK, the online docs' translations aren't yet evaluated for the
translation statistics, this needs some manual additions/changes in the
statistics tool.

Feel free to comment, ask questions, ... Please Cc me on any further
discussion of this as I haven't subscribed to fedora-trans-list.

Thanks,
Nils
