I'm actually hoping to do this with almost no downtime to transifex,
since I'm mostly getting rid of old stuff.  You can probably expect at
most a 15 minute downtime of transifex some time in the next 1-2 hours
when I switch the URL to / instead of /tx/.  I'll also add a redirect
for /tx/ to /, so that old links won't break from the change.
