Virt-manager translation submission through Bugzilla closed?

If I was you, I would attach the translated file onto this bug#493795 
(even closed), asking if they still can take and include F12. When the 
maintainer says 'yes' I say 'hurray!', if 'no' or no response, I would 
open new bug for F13 just like this bug. Then Transifex people should be 
able to link it for F13.
