Docs team,

It would be nice to have a feature in Transifex which allows translator 
self to add their POs in the future, and the ticket has been created but 
not attended yet.

For a while, I am guessing that if the author add POs for language then 
it reflects in Tx. If this is correct, could you kindly add POs for the 
following languages please? Those are marked as 50%+ completion of IQSG.
