When uploading new 'po' file transposed 'bs' with 'ba' - how to rename so that language is appropriately recognized

I uploaded new and complete translation of python-meh as po.bs but I
made a typo and named it
a ba.po.

'ba' is now not recognized as language so file needs to be renamed to bs.po.

I do not have option to rename from Transfix so I want to know what is
the right procedure to fix this:

Should I rename it through git?
Could someone on the list with admin rights can do it, or should I go
through Bugzilla.
