Translation reuse (was: Master, Default or none for brand new "po" file for the language)

I would like to encourage you to reuse translations from Serbian
Latin, as we have done in the past between Serbian, Bosnian and
Croatian in all directions, with prior agreement between respective
team coordinators/translators of course.

However, please do give credit where credit is due, as we have done in
the past (see e.g. [1]).
