That is odd and I see it too.  I wonder if anyone else is seeing these
problems and if it is only on this guide.

I just regenerated the POT files and updated all the PO files.  I also
removed PKVulnerability.po from a couple other translations I found.
Looks like three files may have changed in your POs:
Encryption_Standards.po
Revision_History.po
Using_GPG.po

When Transifex re-syncs everything should smooth out to see what's left.
 I don't believe that there were any big changes and there shouldn't be
any new information added into guide before the release unless something
major occurs.

I don't have access to force a sync... maybe someone that is monitoring
this does?
