User Guide: Contributors list

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the contributors list  [1].
How is it generated? Currently Russian team has about 5-6 members 
working on User Guide and the list contains only 2 names. My guess is 
those 2 names have been extracted from the 
Contributors_and_production_methods.po header.
Is there a way to extract names from all PO-file headers for this and 
other Guides?
