The language Low German (nds) doesnt exist in the language list on
translate.fedoraproject.org (transifex)

Additional info:

I am a Low German translator from GNOME and would like to contribute to fedora
in translations into LowGerman. If there is any other missing infrastructure
for the language on fedora please suggest them to me!
