I believe that ticket has the current status for the Tx 0.7 upgrade.
It's fairly current, too, with the last update having come just a
couple weeks ago.

I'm cc'ing the infrastructure list to see if there's anything that can
be added at this point.  It looks like there's an authentication issue
pending that people were looking to Toshio to answer?
