Yup, definitely I do understand especially the 'soft' part, thank you.

One day after this post, I had the chat with rudi.
Because it is 'soft' deadline, I rather started worrying about if docs 
is suffering from 'translate beta rel-note' item. What if we remove this 
task, then does it help docs to have a little more time to concentrate 
on beats without porting by very last minutes?

If so, I think of what trans miss out from here then is the chance of 
translation inclusion for Beta PA. But as already pointed, we are still 
able to work the GA.
