Hello and sorry top post.
Could you please have a look at these problems asap?

Not sure this relates to those reported already, but now I am 
experiencing 'page not found' displayed when attempting to view PO file. 
The downloaded file seems corrupted. This only affects F13 rel-notes 
only. Other F13 modules works fine.
