Transifex quite unusable

It was kindly attended by Toshio, Mike, and I think Dimitris and Diego too.
And it is working so far for Spanish, for the modules I'm currently
working on [1].

If you guys see the same issue in some other module, please inform
fedora-admin in that ticket or a new one.

To fix it, upstream recommended to do an upgrade.
It's what we are on.

But it took too much longer than I first thought it would take to
package the missing dependencies to make an upgrade.

Please read the ticket #2389 in a few minutes. I'll update it.
