I18N and L10N Test Week

I suggest to test "ibus" for those languages which will use it.

Right click on the keyboard icon on the top panel, click "Preference"
to check the translations.

Actually, ibus has many interface strings on "Input Method" or
"Advance" tab not translatable now.
