No it is not unmaintained, but I think they would have a big release soon.
I've asked them *a lot* for an update in F15, (using trac, BZ, emails)
and they didn't know by that time that they needed to pull
translations by themselves using the new transifex platform.
Now, they are aware of that, and they (james) made an update, in August.

James, please note that in the project settings under transifex.net
you could define the repo for transifex to push translations… Like
before.

@trans, James, is a yum dev (with Seth), and is for me the unofficial
translation referee (correct me if I am wrong…).
That's why I added him to this thread.

James, in summary:
- Could you please pull translations, and then build a RPM update?
- Could you provide new pot if updated?

You told me during the F16 beta stage that you will build an updated
RPM for the release day (8th of November), but later said that this
would not be possible because we are not on the same branch or
something like that.
If I am right, you could create a new resource in transifex.net,
showing the branch (or yum release).
(I could help for that)

I don't know if I was the only one to get your emails (if you've not
subscribed to the trans mailing list), if so better is to answer in
the BZ ticket…

Please James, let me know if you need help using transifex.
