In at least two packages, chkconfig and im-chooser, the "download for translation" button is disabled, and there is no "upload" button. But the package still has a green "accepting translations" marker. This happens to me when I try to update the Swedish translation. Are these packages blocked in some way? Or is there some problem on my side?
