Support for latvian language in fedora

[Rudolfs Mazurs]

Hello all,
since Fedora plays nice with upstream, most software is already
translated. However, there are two pieces of software, that don't get
the love – Anaconda (Latvian is not in the available language list) and
LibreOffice (langpack is not in repository). Is there some way to fix
this in Fedora 15 or the window is closed?
