For Deployment Guide (and perhaps for a few other books) I would prefer a more
section specific translation method. Lets say a threshold of 25% is considered
optimum for the first publication of a Doc, I'd rather like a meaningful 25%
with some continuity translated instead of random portions which will not be of
any use.
