how to report translation bugs?

It is preferable to file a bug on Bugzilla for the problem. Translations for
Fedora packages are generally inherited by Red Hat Enterprise Linux
packages/branches which may not always be available for fixing on Transifex and
would require a separate patch via the Bug.
