Zif and SOS projects on Fedora Upstream

Zif is using freedesktop.org team. You should establish one, because
some of the most important stuff use it as well.

SOS, on the other hand, is currently unmaintained upstream, as far as
I can see. Its maintainers should outsource teams to Fedora Project
and upload existing translation (yes, it was translated to many
languages, but they are not uploaded to Tx). We should probably
contact them.
