To be honest, if you do not have them already (I archived all Ukrainian  
translations during transifex.net migration) it's not a trivial task.

The translations come as a patch to the core package [1]. You should  
extract core package, patch it, then use <locale>.po for merging.

Just in case if the ticket mentioned in Kevin's message will not help.
